Are you motivated, reliable, and eager to grow your skills in a hands-on production environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team in Kewdale.

This role offers comprehensive training across various stages of the production process, with the opportunity to rotate through different tasks to keep your work varied and engaging.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay at $32.31/hr (including casual loading) + penalties applicable
  • Fortnightly rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:

    - 7:00am – 3:00pm

    - 3:00pm – 11:00pm

    - 11:00pm – 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production line equipment, including blow molding and mixing machinery
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery to meet quality and safety standards
  • Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality specifications
  • Safely handle raw materials and finished products (manual lifting up to 25kg)
  • Pour resin bags (up to 10 daily) and mix resins accurately
  • Remove and stack plastic film rolls weighing 12–15kg
  • Use pallet stackers to move stock efficiently
  • Label wraps as they exit machinery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Perform general labor duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Previous experience in blow molding is highly desirable but not essential
  • Availability to work rotating shifts
